A coffee estate we run in Kitale. We built MkulimaOS here because paper exercise books and WhatsApp voice notes weren't cutting it for payroll. Workforce attendance, M-Pesa payroll, AI disease scouting, harvest traceability, finance ledgering — all live. 26,000+ coffee plants, 200+ casual workers tracked end-to-end.

KIMMAL Farm · Poultry Operations ERP

Enterprise operations platform managing 7,400+ laying hens across 3 production houses in Ruiru, Kenya. Replaced Excel-based operations with daily production tracking, feed requisition and consumption management, mortality recording, vaccination scheduling, and multi-channel KPI alerts (SMS, WhatsApp, push) when production rates or mortality thresholds are breached. Full financial ERP with 15+ report types including P&L, cash flow, cost-per-egg analysis, and house-to-house profitability comparison. Offline-capable React Native mobile app for field workers, 135+ REST API endpoints, and WebSocket real-time sync. Being elevated into the MkulimaOS Poultry package — a multi-tenant, brand-neutral offering for any Kenyan poultry operator.

The system manages construction projects end-to-end — scheduling, document control, progress tracking, budgets, and client-facing reporting across civil engineering, building works, and interior fit-out. The public marketing and lead-generation site is live now (portfolio, services, quote requests, WhatsApp integration); the operations platform is in active development. Multi-subject AI tutor covering French, Calculus, Physics, Algebra, Chemistry, and Biology. 32 React components, Ollama local inference with Groq cloud fallback, voice I/O, KaTeX math rendering. MIT licensed and free to run — built so privacy-respecting AI tutoring reaches anyone, including underserved schools in East Africa.

Full admin CMS, interactive parish directory with map integration, M-Pesa + Stripe donation processing, event registration and calendar, sermon management with audio/video/transcripts, newsletter subscriptions, and a companion Expo mobile app in active development. 90+ Lighthouse performance score. Built and delivered pro bono as community service.

Full website and member platform for ORT Boxing Club, a youth boxing club in Ongata Rongai founded in 2005 by former Kenyan international boxer Peter Ogeya. Membership sign-up, training programs, team roster, event listings, and a media gallery. 60+ active boxers, 8 county teams developed, 2 training branches — built and delivered pro bono to support grassroots youth development.

Claude Community Kenya (CCK)

Spidey Labs runs CCK as part of Peter Kibet's Anthropic Ambassador role. We maintain the community site and Discord bot, organize local events, and provide hackathon technical support. The live proof of our AI integration practice — patterns we teach paying clients are the same ones we deliver to the Kenyan dev community weekly.
