How does the engagement model work?

We work in fixed-scope, fixed-fee phases. Phase 1 typically runs 6–10 weeks. You know what you are paying, what you are getting, and when before work begins. A Sprint engagement (1–2 weeks, from $4,500) is available as a low-barrier starting point.

Who owns the code and IP after delivery?

Full IP transfer on delivery is standard. You own everything — source code, database schemas, documentation — at the end of the engagement with no ongoing licensing fees.

Do you sign an NDA before discussing project details?

Yes. We offer an NDA before any specifics are exchanged. Book a discovery call and we will send it before the meeting.

We are based in Nairobi, Kenya, and we serve clients in Kenya, the United States, the EU, and the United Kingdom. All engagements are conducted remotely.
